So, we updated our reservation and cancellation policy as follows:
> all existing reservations for arrival on or before May 31, 2020, will be allowed to cancel without charge;
> all existing reservations for arrival on or after June 1, 2020, will be allowed to change or cancel without charge;
> all new reservations booked within April 30, 2020, for arrival on or before September 30, 2020, can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
